Often these sites are overly complex, ineffective in their presentation, and lose the customer interest before the site message is conveyed.

There are many common flaws in web sites. Most are excessively busy and hard to navigate. The use of banner ads is pervasive and annoying; it detracts from your presence. Lack of site maintenance and out-of-date information is also a prevalent mistake. You should plan for a long term commitment when you commission a web site, keeping it updated and accurate.

RKD stays abreast of technology and design developments on the Web, but will not recommend any more "enhancements" than your site needs to attract and hold the interest of your clients/customers.
